Every successful Constitution needs to be fair. The Preamble responded to our wants and needs ( We needed a fair Constitution) by helping to create an equal Constitution for the people of our country. For example, the line from the Preamble “ Establish Justice”means that everything should be made equal for everyone. In conclusion this responds to our needs by creating a good Constitution.
Why is the Preamble so important?
